  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Reports to: Operations Manager/Business

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle and manage international and domestic clients regarding manpower recruitment needs.
  • Communicate with overseas employers to understand job requirements and ensure candidate placement.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various overseas job openings.
  • Coordinate with visa processing departments, training institutions, and local embassies. 
  • Prepare necessary documents, contracts, and reports as per recruitment policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to the government rules and regulations in processing candidates.
  • Maintain a database of all applicants and manage candidate records through an HR management system. 
  • Ensure timely recruitment operations and deployment of workers to destination countries.
  • Work closely with embassies, visa consultants, and the legal department to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to candidates regarding visa processes, job roles, salary agreements, and terms of employment. 
  • Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress, visa approvals, and challenges faced.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly recruitment targets set by the management. 
  • Number of candidates successfully recruited and placed abroad.
  • Timely processing of candidate documentation and visas.
  • Positive client and candidate feedback.
  • Compliance with government rules and regulations.
  • Achievement of recruitment targets within budget.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: BDT 15,000 – BDT 40,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
Salary Review: Annual salary review based on performance.
Bonus: Festival bonuses (2 times a year, equal to 1 month’s basic salary for each).
Incentives: Performance-based incentives for successful recruitment and meeting targets.

Probation Period: 3 months from the date of joining.
