Requirements
Education

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in recruitment within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of HR, and Recruitment principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, as well as G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to tackle new challenges, perform proactively, and take ownership

In line with our expansion plans, we are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing recruitment functions and ensuring the seamless operation of our talent acquisition process. The specific designation for this role will be determined based on the individual’s expertise and experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.
- Plan and execute Key Performance Indicator (KPI) planning and execution plan for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between interviewers and candidates, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Coordinate recruitment schedules, communicate with candidates, and coordinate technical interviews with engineers.
- Conduct interviews regularly and handle CV filtering, screening, and communication for various job positions.
- Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to anticipate future recruitment needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports on a regular basis, providing insights and updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare a report on recruitment Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly basis, and share updates.
- Keep record for the referred candidates and arrange their interviews.
- Provide timely updates to candidates, including rejection notifications.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and distribute it to respective people or channels.
- Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on a regular basis.
- Ensure the smooth operation of recruitment activities and manage any related administrative tasks.
- Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the HR & Admin Manager, Head of Department (HOD), or Management, and be prepared to provide reports as required at any time.
