Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or relevant fields.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in Bengali and English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities & Context
Inventory Management:
- Monitor regional stock levels and maintain optimal inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve shortages, overstock, or logistical delays.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and guide Area Operations Coordinators (AOC) and Field Engagement Coordinators (FEC).
- Ensure field teams meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Sales Target Execution:
- Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement region-specific strategies.
- Track key performance indicators and share insights with senior management.
Vendor & Customer Coordination:
- Resolve vendor issues related to product listing, delivery, and platform navigation.
- Support the customer service team in resolving escalated complaints.
Market Intelligence:
- Research customer preferences and regional market trends.
- Share data-driven suggestions to improve platform efficiency.
Skills & Expertise
Data Entry
Ecommerce
Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
Language skills both in Bengali and English.
