Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Public Health, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or relevant discipline.

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Skills Required: Regional operations; field supervision; supply coordination; performance tracking; escalation management.
  • Work Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in field operations, regional management, healthcare operations, or rural service delivery.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee daily operations across assigned regions.
  • Collect daily updates from field teams.
  • Monitor Field operations performance and discipline.
  • Track regional targets, gaps and corrective actions.
  • Ensure medicine supply for designated locations.
  • Coordinate field visits, activation and service continuity.
  • Escalate operational risks requiring head office decisions.
  • Verify regional reports before director submission.
  • Guide (Divisional Assistant Manager) ADMs on priorities and execution standards.
  • Ensure regional service/revenue growth.
