Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration will be an added qualification for the post, but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor degree/ Masters Degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience

  • At least 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 38 years
  • Minimum 15 years’ of experience, out of which minimum 5 years as a 1st line manager
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Pharmaceutical sector.
  • FMCG/ FMCH with an experience in Expert/ detail team supervision.
  • Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and persuasive speaking abilities as well as effective writing skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills – ability to establish and maintain strong relationship and networking skill in expanding contacts.
  • Teamwork working effectively with colleagues in sales, marketing & other departments.
  • Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret sales data, market research and consumer behavior insights.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skill.
  • Punctual and good in time management – effectively planning and prioritizing sales activities and appointments Effective problem solving skill.
  • Quick adaptation to new products, technologies and changes in healthcare landscape.
  • Strong customer service skills as well as upholding ethical standards and building trust with clients.

Willingness and desire to develop career in sales.

Responsibilities & Context

Be a part of the SALES Team of a Global Brand -SENSODYNE

Brief Job Description:

  • Manage a team of 20-30 expert sales force including 2/3 First line managers, who are responsible to shift behavior of our customers e.g. doctor, chemists etc. towards our brands.
  • Drive the team to achieve prescription & sales target of assigned advance care products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with other key stakeholders e.g. Core Sales Team, distributors, , support functions etc.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Sales Force Key Performance Indicators (SFKPIs).
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including their benefits and usage.
  • Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
