Additional Requirements

Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to ensure quality control and operational efficiency.
Monitor and ensure that franchisees comply with company policies, operational guidelines, and branding standards.
Provide guidance and support to franchisees on best business practices, sales strategies, and operations.
Assist franchisees with solving business challenges, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management.
Offer continuous training and development opportunities for franchisees and their teams.
Maintain brand integrity by enforcing corporate policies related to service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Track and evaluate the performance of franchise locations through sales growth, customer feedback, and profitability.
Assist in the selection and onboarding process of new franchisees, ensuring they understand business operations and expectations.
Prepare regular reports for the performance of franchises in the region.
Communicate corporate initiatives, promotions, and changes to franchisees and ensure implementation.
