Responsibilities & Context
- This position is based in anywhere in Bangladesh. Job Description –
- Develop and direct the implementation of an operational distribution strategy for the commercial region through effective and efficient management of the financial resources, distributors, and their sales forces. –
- Assist Cluster Director for the cluster distribution & retail planning in line with business strategy. –
- Ensure optimum availability of the products in line with national strategy. –
- Lead and guide ZM/TOs in selecting, appointing and developing professional distributors as long term business partners to meet the challenges of the dynamic and changing business environment. –
- Analyze the channel partners’ profitability and recommend necessary activities to ensure a competitive ROI to keep them motivated and committed in driving the BL’s business. –
- Oversee regional team’s performance in implementing regional distribution strategy and provide recommendations to achieve excellence in execution. – Monetize investment through proposing revenue generating site vs low revenue generating sites. –
- Contribute to campaign evaluation in accordance with changing trading and consumer environment to support the formulation of national Trade Marketing strategy. –
- Provide guidance and support to team for effective planning of robust implementation of national product/tariff campaigns and promotional programs for Mass Market & Business segment. –
- Ensure timely issuance of retailer commission through maintaining constant interaction with Sales Support team. –
- Direct the ZM/TOs in efficient allocation of stock, merchandising, materials and budget as per national direction and regional objectives. –
- Maintain close liaison with Technical and Geo Marketing for effective deployment & relocation of new site in the region to ensure revenue generation as per target. –
- Manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal
