Additional Requirements

• Experience in handling multiple business verticals including Retail, Corporate, SME in a large Bank
• Should have around 12 years of experience in branch banking with Corporate / Commercial / Retail banking exposure, preferably with Branch Banking exposure
• Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support real-time business decision making in large commercial Banks
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence peers and navigate a complex organization
• Ability to build relationships across a large, complex organization and influence key decision-makers
• Customer-centricity, result-oriented and self-propelled
• Ability to lead a dynamic team, capability to meet deadlines and keen to develop others

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Branch Distribution Network Division:

Regional Head, Distribution Network Division

Job Grade: EVP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and support the growth of different businesses units under Branch Distribution Network, such as Branch Sales, Government Relations, Corporate Deposit Mobilization, Bancassurance etc.
• Support the growth of different segmental businesses of Branch Distribution Network like Retail, SME, Corporate
• Ensure internal/external policy, procedure and guidelines and promote a strict culture of compliance
• Maintain top-of-line Customer Experience and grow relationships with customers
• Take initiatives to increase Customer Wallet with the Bank
• Retain and improve the portfolio quality through active collaboration with different functions
• Lead, guide, and monitor the branches under specific regions and achieve set business objectives of the Bank
• Guide and support the Branch Managers to meet objectives and goals in the mentioned segments and business units
• Oversee the performance and play the role of a ‘Coach’ for the employee in the units/region
• Collaborate and create a development mindset for the branches to look for new business opportunities in specific areas
• Partner the digital transformation and progress with every initiative of the Bank
