Responsibilities & Context

  • Business analysis and portfolio are maintained based on the allocated budget.
  • Managing core business analysis and maximizing business potentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and need to maintain a high level of RBO business relationships.
  • Forecast business growth and need to align with annual budget and cost.
  • Identify core business areas and manage sustainable business module after-market observation.
  • Manage and update management with time-to-time business updates and present all business progress reports on monthly BRM.
  • Managed team with high level of motivation and maintain skill development training to achieve overall target on sales.
  • Identify business loss and opportunity matrix
  • Making strategy for long term business mobilization and handling critical business in pipeline.
  • Establishing new business and sustain old business.
  • Maintain and build existing customer base and develop new ones. (Majorly targeting to new buying agents business with relationship)
  • Collecting projections/development from customer and doing sales forecasting and production scheduling accordingly. Need to liaison with international counterpart and daily coordination with BDM.
  • Price quote and negotiate with customers analyzing the total potentials on volume/values.
  • Follow up with management for urgent order closures and bring maximum business in pipeline.
  • Follow up and coordinate between production, customer service, vendor sales team to smooth the process and escalate the burning issues to the next level wherever necessary to be resolved.
  • Having foresight knowledge to advance preparation to analyze critical business and highlight to management.
  • Implement and proactively carry out “Plan to Win” strategy to attain/meet annual target.
  • Market Driven/Target oriented. -have positive mentality to work under pressure and complex environment.
  • Positive attitude towards client service and have to make strong relationships.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
