JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set effective strategy to achieve Prescription & Sales target.
• Evaluate the performance of the team regularly, provide motivation & support them to increase productivity & achieve target.
• Establish good rapport with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Update on competitors’ activities & implement effective strategy to gain maximum market share.
• Report to the management as per prescribed format in a regular & timely fashion.
• Presentation on Monthly & Quarterly Performance of the team with proposed strategy to achieve the target.
