• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and manage retail, agency, individual life insurance, distribution channel and strategies of the assigned geographic area
• Lead the sales team of agency branches and other offices to achieve budgeted objectives and KPIs
• Capitalize on new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships and expand the company’s retail presence across the assigned sales area
• Recruit, train and monitor performance of Branch Managers and Agency Supervisors.
• Monitor sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends and competitors’ activities
• Manage and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
