Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Responsible to achieve set target of personal loan in terms of new business acquisition, portfolio growth, product and process design, pricing, market creation, team development, and NPL management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve set target of team in terms of new business acquisition and portfolio growth of personal loan.
- Assist in reviewing product and process guidelines from time to time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new corporate houses by signing MOUs.
- Ensure penetration in multinational and local large companies in Dhaka and Chittagong.
- Assist in designing and executing sales campaign to boost the business.
- Execute innovative MMI in corporate houses to create IPDC access and attract potential clients.
- Ensure robust compliances in documentations as per regulatory bodies.
- Manage NPL of personal loan within the budgetary threshold.
