- Able to work under pressure and achieve targets and meet team goals.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities & Context:
The incumbent’s duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Work closely with Department Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.
- Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors of Poultry Feed and Chicks.
- Monitor activities and motivate Team Members to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors’ warehouses and farms, on a regular basis.
- Ensure close monitoring of distributor’s business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
- Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
