Additional Requirements

The applicants with experience in the following areas (s) will get preference: Pharmaceutical Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Sales and Marketing Pharmaceutical Products.
At least 4 years of experience in a pharma industry.

Supervise all activities of the Subordinates.
Ensure sharing of up-to-date product, medical, and company information with the medical practitioners.
Ensure the cosmists’ shop visit by the MPO/SMPOs in view to build a professional relationship and securing orders for them.
Checking the activities of subordinates through the checklist for field forces.
Fix and periodic review of doctors’ visits, frequently depending on importance.
Follow up and analyze the prescriptions of the doctors to understand doctors’ prescription habits and competitors’ status, hence to guide the subordinates to improve prescription generation.
Weekly monitor unit and value sales achievements to ensure target achievements.
Analyze competitor activity and guide the subordinate to counteract locally.
Train the subordinates on the job.
Ensure timely collection of bills from the parties.
Visit different chemist shops in view to understand their satisfaction level and get competitor information. Maintain relationships with the local professional associations like BMA, DAB and BCDS.
