Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years

• Minimum 1 year experience as a ASM/RSM in any reputed food manufacturing company.
• Candidate should have Driving License.
• Without Sales Experience, need not to apply.
• Experience in same or equivalent position will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Sajeeb Group is going to hire some Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to take the overall responsibility of Sales in the assigned region. Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience as a ASM/RSM in any reputed food manufacturing company.

• Achieving Sales target.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
• Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
• Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
• To analyze manpower demand and lesion with HRM Department & National Sales Team on manpower issue.
• Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
• Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
• Visit dealer point regularly.
