  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Good experience in selling mobile phones and Consumer electronics (Feature phones & Smartphones)
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements.
  • Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals.
  • Good knowledge of computer and MS Office programs especially in MS Excel applications.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for CTG & Sylhet Division, Khulna & Barishal Division, Rongpur & Rajshahi Division and Dhaka Division for our company.

  • Work as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for assigned zone.
  • Formulate strategy and create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding Dealer for new branded mobile handset.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of Mobile Sets.
  • Reaching the targets and set goals for the area.
  • Servicing the needs of existing Dealer.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Have to achieve the target as monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly for Lift.
  • Create new dealer, distributor, brand outlet, retailer & collecting sales report concerning the annual contestant and present report to higher authority.
  • Ensure primary and secondary sales throughout setting up depo/dealer/distribution.
  • Visit dealer point regularly.
  • Lead organizational sales campaigns.
  • Lead and train the entire team of the region.
  • Work closely with Dept. Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.
  • Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
  • Monitor activities and motivate Team Members to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors’ warehouses, on a regular basis.
  • Ensure close monitoring of distributor’s business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
  • Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
