Job Circular: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited has started its journey in 2017 and become leading Tech-Giant with the largest and most sophisticated R&I facilities. It has a well-equipped manufacturing plant which is treated as one of the best manufacturing plants in Bangladesh. We are seeking few dynamic and experienced “Regional Sales Manager-(RSM)” to spearhead our Sales Team.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated sales person to make a substantial impact on our business. We look forward to receiving your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market share. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • To work closely with Plaza, distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales target. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and coordination with assigned sales team to ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training and sales support as may require following company sales policy.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Regular collection monitoring and meeting with team, maintaining less risk of Plaza & Dealers default.
  • Prepare reporting about area wise sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
  • Have to work in a team under direct supervision of Divisional Monitoring Head in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.
  • Collaborate with sales consultant, Sr. Sales consultant, IBPs from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
  • Ability to identify potential business partners, geographies, channels & plan for sales targets, sales projections and stock planning.
