Responsibilities & Context
Zinix Incorporation is looking for an experienced, dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Regional Sales Manager for its stationery business who will be responsible for ensuring the desired growth of his assigned region.
Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, and guide the Sales Team to achieve the revenue budget of the company.
Establish Distributors & Sales Network by strengthening the existing ones.
Effective communication with dealers/distributors/key accounts in the markets.
Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
Establish the organizational/institutional business network for office stationery.
Distributor stock management.
Effective communication of any promotions/schemes to the trade and the team.
