Proven experience in managing a large regional sales team (minimum 20–30 members, including ZSI/SO supervisors).
Strong ability to design and execute market expansion plans and channel development strategies.
Capable of driving numeric and weighted distribution growth through effective route coverage.
Experienced in budget planning, sales forecasting, and ROI analysis for regional operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with distributors and trade partners.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools (CRM / HRIS / Sales Tracker).
Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Must have a valid driving license and readiness for frequent field visits.

Educational Qualification:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management from a reputed public university (preferred).
Experience:
✅ 5–7 years of progressive field sales leadership in FMCG
✅ Strong expertise in territory and distributor management
✅ Experience in multinational or large local FMCG organizations preferred
