Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
- Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned areas.
- Train and develop the team to get updated always-on product knowledge.
- Create brand value of the products at he Doctor`s front.
- Capability to handle the situation that arises in the field.
- Planning, monitoring, and achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection.
- Regular visits to Farm/Hospital/PC/Traders to improve relationships and business growth.
- Update always on competitors activities & Basic market information like, Poultry Farm, Ruminant Farm, Aquaculture Farm & Animal Population.
- Achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection targets of the Company.
- Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned region.
- Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.
- Arrange small-scale meetings like farmers` PC meetings, and get together with potential chemists, customers and farmers.
- Prepare report as required by the management.
- Improve continuously the performance of the products and services by taking relevant, corrective and preventive actions.
