As a Registrar / Jr. Consultant in the Surgery Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our surgical team, participating in patient care, and contributing to the development of surgical protocols & techniques. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons, gain hands-on experience, and advance your career in the field of surgery.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in surgical procedures, including pre-operative, per operative and post-operative care.
- To collaborate & build up with the surgical team to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
- To conduct patient consultations and provide guidance on surgical options.
- To assist in the development and implementation of surgical protocols and best practices.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technology.
- To participate in surgical research and contribute to academic activities.
- To perform minor surgeries.
- To carry on the responsibilities as the primary surgeon whenever the senior consultants are not available.
- To attend any relevant call regarding patient management at the Emergency Department.
- To participate in clinical rounds every day.
