Responsibilities & Context
- Bring new merchants.
- Identify high-potential merchants and pitch onboarding offers.
- Ensure merchants can receive payments via MFS.
- Monitor transaction trends and take action to boost usage.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure branding (POSM) at merchant outlets.
- Oversee both acquisition and account management in a specific region while acting as a bridge to HQ.
- Same as Acquisition + Account Management roles.
- Report market challenges and merchant feedback to HQ.
- Ensure local campaigns and branding align with corporate strategy.
NB:
- All positions are field-based.
- Job Locations are: Barisal, Bogra+Rajshahi, Gazipur, Khulna, Mymensingh, Narayanganj, Rangpur+Dinajpur, Sylhet, Comilla, Chittagong.
