Job experience: Minimum 6 years of prior working experiences.
Experience with client facing role, specializing in INGO/development sector is preferred.
Other requirements:
Strong understanding of the International NGO landscape and the role of mobile financial services.
Proven track record of successfully managing and developing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in English and Bengali language
Responsibilities & Context
Context:
· Drive business through collaborating with of International NGOs/ Development Organizations by offering our solutions and build business for bKash.
· Manage large partners through building relationship with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities / Input:
· Identify business opportunities for bKash in INGO/Development sector.
· On board International NGOs & Development organizations operating in Bangladesh as clients of bKash
· Prepare & participate in Bidding/Tender process for acquiring new business.
· Manage strategic and business partnerships with clients.
· Coordinate customer acquisition program in collaboration with local implementation partners and other internal and external stakeholders
· Develop resources and tools to enhance the capacity of clients to utilize the solutions of bKash effectively.· Maintain liaison with key stakeholders in the sector & create advocacy for bKash.
· Organize engagement programs with clients & key stakeholders to enhance the relationship.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives to meet the business objectives of bKash.
