Responsibilities & Context

Relationship Manager (RM) lead and develop a team of life insurance agents, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional client service. This role includes strategic planning, leading team and also career growth opportunities with Shanta Life.

• Recruit, train, and mentor new Relationship Officer (RO).

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Officer (RO) to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive team performance and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing coaching and support as needed.
• Collaborate with branch management to align team goals with overall company objectives.
• Assist the operations of the Branch Office.
