- Excellent computer operation skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Proficient in customer centricity, team player and capability to meet deadlines

- BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:
- Relationship Officer, Remittance Sales – Distribution Network
- Job Grade: OG-I/OG-II
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new remittance customers through field visits, campaigns, partnership, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Educate customers about available Remittance Services and related banking products
- Ensure high quality services to remittance customers
- Ensure strict compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.
- Achieve Monthly & Yearly sales targets set by the Bank
