Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned business targets across liabilities, assets, and other retail banking products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and process guidelines.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives to enhance customer value and contribute to the Bank`s profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs and offering appropriate banking solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities across the retail banking portfolio to expand the Bank`s market presence.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, customer engagement programs, and business development initiatives.
  • Manage customer portfolios to maximize deposit retention and drive liability and asset growth.
  • Maintain auditable records, support audit and compliance requirements, and ensure smooth branch service delivery.
