Responsibilities & Context
- Design and conduct experiments to develop new chemical products and processes.
- Improve existing products by optimizing formulations and processes.
- Analyze experimental data using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Interpret results and draw conclusions to guide product development.
- Maintain detailed records of research activities, including experimental procedures and results.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and scientific publications.
- Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve research objectives.
- Present research findings to internal teams and external partners.
- Identify and address technical challenges in product development.
- Stay current with scientific literature and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Ensure all research activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions as needed.
- Plan and manage R&D projects, including setting timelines and budgets.
