Requirements

Education

• BSC in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Auto CAD & solid works design capability
• Should have sound knowledge of metal forming.
• Should know about material properties.
• Should have strong knowledge of heat treatment and process annealing.
• Should know about surface engineering.

Responsibilities & Context

• Work with all metallurgical issues of Fasteners.
• Applied research on Annealed and heat-treated product metallography microstructure.
• Die design for Fasteners.
• Metal standardization, case study, and root cause analysis.
• Quality improvement and Cost innovation.
• Benchmarking, prototyping and development of concurrent materials.
