Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of field operations, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
Lead, train, and manage field teams to achieve high performance and maintain motivation.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Liaise with clients, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues promptly.
Supervise the field data collection process, ensuring adherence to project protocols and ethical guidelines.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards during field operations.
Oversee financial documentation and ensure timely submission of expense reports and invoices.
Prepare and manage field operation bills, including field bill preparation and submission.
Any other task assigns by office managers
