have a graduation / post graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed public or private university in Bangladesh

be willing and able to regularly travel alone within Dhaka and outside of Dhaka
have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English

no work experience is necessary, however
candidates with previous research and moderation experience are encouraged to apply
