Responsibilities & Context
- Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone·
- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections·
- Issue tickets, and other travel documents·
- Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs·
- Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel·
- Process ticket changes and refunds·
- Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints·
- Ticketing: Issue tickets, process reservations, and handle booking modifications while adhering to airline policies and procedures.·
- Problem Resolution: Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or management as needed.
