Responsibilities & Context
Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone·
Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections·
Issue tickets, and other travel documents·
Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs·
Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel·
Process ticket changes and refunds·
Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints·
Ticketing: Issue tickets, process reservations, and handle booking modifications while adhering to airline policies and procedures.·
Problem Resolution: Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or management as needed.
