Responsibilities & Context
- Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights
- Communicate with clients to provide travel services
- Respond to clients via online & offline channels
- Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
- Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
- Keep sales records & report sales information
- Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport / Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, rebook, reissue, issue, split / merge, ancillary, EMD)
- Knowledge of hotel booking / visa / tour package will be big advantage
- Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications
