Responsibilities & Context
- Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights.
- Communicate with clients to provide travel services.
- Respond to clients via online & offline channels.
- Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services.
- Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems.
- Keep sales records & report sales information.
- Visa or tour package knowledge will be plus point.
- Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings, EMD).
- Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration.
