Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 28 years

• H.S.C/ Diploma in THM/ Food & Beverage Service with minimum CGPA 2.5
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations§ Strong floor presence with focus and energy
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Responsibilities & Context

• Setting table and serving food & Beverages and clearing in accordance with Radisson standards.
• Presents menus and/or daily specials.
• Exhibit knowledge of all items on the menu and with professional service manners.
• Supporting other colleagues to meet and exceed guest’s expectations.
• Ensuring guests are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
• Ensuring quick, efficient & friendly service at all times.
• Checking all logs, diary and other paperwork including opening and closing procedures.
