Responsibilities & Context:
Thai Express is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff effectively. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service quality
- Lead and manage front and back-of-house teams
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving revenue targets
