Responsibilities & Context
To sell Home Loan, Car Loan and other retail products.
Manage sales matrix along with finding potential customers/market.
To visit corporate houses and Developers to acquire potential customers.
To visit customer and collect all the required documents.
To verify the authenticity of the documents.
To prepare complete application files and submit for approval on daily basis.
To track self-performance – target vs. achievement on regular basis.
To collect market information regarding new features on Retail business.
To collect information regarding customer’s demand dynamics.
Coordinate with line Manager.
To collect the market intelligence.
To monitor the repayment of Loan.
To raise the early alert report as per policy.
Cross-selling of retail product.
