Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Qualifications & Other Competencies:
- Graduation or post-graduation in Commerce, MBA, or BBA from any UGC-approved local or reputable foreign university, with no third class or equivalent in any certification. Candidates with relevant experience from other disciplines may also apply;
- At least 08 years of uninterrupted service experience in Retail Business, or related fields from reputed commercial banks;
- Significant experience in a leadership role as Team Leader or similar managerial role;
- Sound knowledge in Retail Banking products and services.

Responsibilities & Context
Retail Business Hub Manager is responsible for achieving the retail business targets, as well as managing and coordinating the officials within the Retail Business Hub. Additionally, the Hub Manager is responsible for monitoring and managing business risks, and ensuring service excellence through the enhancement of the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve hub business targets and goals;
- Manage and coordinate officials within the Retail Business Hub to meet their individual business targets;
- Monitor individual targets, primarily in retail business, and other business targets according to set KPIs;
- Ensure smooth and effective customer services towards the creation of loyal customers;
- Organize and support business promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions, etc);
- Explore the market for new business opportunities and report potential leads that align with the bank’s business policy;
- Recommend retail business proposals to the competent authority;
- Ensure proper distribution of work among Hub officials through well-defined tasks and responsibilities;
- Continuously monitor and follow up with clients on compliance issues and ensure business covenants;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the competent authority of the bank.
