Responsibilities & Context

• The Retail Executive’s primary responsibility is to sell products or services to customers.
• Ensure ST2 target achievement every month.
• Work on target Retail with details to build strong retailer base for assigned territory to get maximum sales.
• Find out new WOD retail to increase brand presence & market share.
• Targeting potential retailers and assessing opportunities for sales.
• Need to build retailers capacity of carrying high stock & sales to ensure DOD
• Make sales techniques to increase company presence and stimulate sales in an assigned area
• Monthly Once arranging meetings with potential retailers and selling product offerings.
• Ensure 100% Utilization of POSM materials.
• Follow up Brand Promoter team’s daily target vs achievement.
• Guide Brand Promoter to achieve his target & motivate them as well as train them.
• A Retail Executive will oversee the operations of a retail store, including inventory management, staff management, and customer service.
