Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and Maintain BIM Model for Pharmaceutical project, covering Architecture, Structure & MEP System Using Revit.
- Perform Clash Detection Using Navisworks, Identify conflict between various disciplines.
- Generate 3D model of Piping, HVAC, Electrical from sketch.
- Co-ordinate with design team to complete project.
- Prepare BOQ directly from BIM Model.
- Prepare project Document for client submissions.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling, Clash Detection and Co-ordination workflows.
