- Age 22 to 30 years
- 3 Years or more experience as a report and optimization engineer. Advanced knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE and RF networks.
- Have good knowledge about TEMS Discovery, TEMS Investigation, Map Info, Google Earth, etc.
- Have experience about Cluster optimization and solution, SSV, Customer Complaint, Network problem identification and solution.
- Have knowledge about Layer-2, Layer-3 message, MOS, physical and logical KPI, Radio network planning and optimization.
- Ability to work without supervision and as per customer requirement.
- Excellent at accurately recording, processing, and analyzing data in order to achieve network optimization
- Exceptional at leading a team and motivating others to perform outstanding work raveling to customer locations and field sites Have experience to work all over Bangladesh.
