Education
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/ Bachelor of Science any discipline from a recognized university.
Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for experienced candidates.
Experience
1 to 3 years

Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
Experience:
Minimum 01-03 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.
Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Head office
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and project monitoring.
Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates and rate analysis.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and other stakeholders.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, technical reports, site records, and correspondence.
Perform any other technical duties assigned by the management.
