Responsibilities & Context
Sales & Market Development
- Promote and sell company products to distributors and retailers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales outflow and market share within the territory.
Distributor & Channel Management
- Manage assigned distributors to ensure sales.
- Conduct regular visits to distributors & retailers.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Develop and execute territory business plans.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities.
- Build up relationship with channel.
