Responsibilities & Context
You’ll be a self-starter and be responsible for all delivery man hiring needs.
Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc. Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment.
Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.
Conduct background checks and verify identity.
Prepare onboarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staffs Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records.
