Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Catalogue Manager to lead our online marketing and e-commerce catalogue operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, luxury fashion environment under a multinational group with operations in Australia, India, and Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (Meta, Google, SEO)
- Monitor ad performance (CTR, CPC, ROI), generate insights & A/B testing reports
- Manage email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo; build and optimize automation flows
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for campaign strategy & execution
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, showroom content, and digital promotions
- Oversee media planning, budget allocation, and performance optimization
Catalogue Management (Shopify)
- Upload, update, and manage product listings on Shopify and internal systems
- Write engaging, SEO-optimized product descriptions and metadata
- Maintain accurate pricing, stock levels, tags, and product categorization
- Coordinate product photography and ensure quality image uploads
- Conduct regular e-commerce audits to maintain a premium digital experience
