• Minimum Honors degree from any UGC-approved local or reputed foreign university with minimum second class or equivalent CGPA in all academic results;

Qualification & Other Competencies:

• Minimum 8 to 20 years working experience in merchandising sector in reputed garments factories;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
• Comprehensive knowledge of RMG business.
• Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role.

Responsibilities & Context

The officials of merchandising unit for handling RMG business will dedicatedly support the entire process of export and especially will be responsible to perform the following key responsibilities:

• Assess customer’s ability to perform export orders;
• Properly assess consumption/cost sheet for execution of export orders by assessing the actual raw material requirements (e.g., fabrics, yarn, cotton, and related accessories) for different categories such as knitwear, woven garments, sweaters, and denim;
• Monitor/follow up/supervise every stage of production for execution of export within shipment validity including verification of stocks of different stages (raw form, work in process, ready etc.);
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer, business, and credit information;
• Acquire new export customers for the bank with a focus on those in the RMG, Textile and Spinning Sectors;
• Perform any other job as and when required by the management of the bank.
