Responsibilities & Context

Unique Cement Industries Limited (UCIL) has a long record of upright reputation as one of the leading cement manufacturers in Bangladesh. UCIL is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance driven sales team under two flagship brand named ‘Fresh’ and ‘Meghnacem Deluxe’. To support continuous growth, currently UCIL is looking for some energetic & skilled personnel to join the sales team. This position deserves someone who is capable to meet the sales target by visiting at least 10 retail shop on daily basis as well as have the capacity to handle at least 2-5 Thana.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Visit outlets of Cement (Dealer’s point & retailer’s point) at route on regular basis.
  • Maintain relationship to retain existing customers of Cement as well as source new market.
  • Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors’ sales volume, campaigns, market share, etc. and assist the section head regarding the market policy.
  • Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers & Retailers for maintaining long term business relationship.
  • Determine market requirements for existing and future products by conducting market research on a regular basis.
  • Collect order from the market and place order through software accordingly.
  • Achieve pre-determined sales target to contribute in boosting up revenue.
  • Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.
  • Identify new clients by introducing business and its facilities proactively in order to maximize revenue for the organization.
  • Prepare reports e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc. and submit to immediate supervisor on a regular basis.
