Requirements
Education
Diploma in Textile Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering is preferred.
Experience
1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, School, Training Institutes, University

Age At least 24 years
An experienced person in the relevant sector will be given preference.
Fluency in oral and written English & Bangla.
Competent in office administration.

Experience in the relevant sector, including Polytechnic institutes, Colleges & Universities.
Responsibilities & Context
Saic Group contributes its efforts on a large scale in the education sector across Bangladesh. Almost One Thousand (Administrative + Academic) staff are employed under SAIC Group. And about 15000 Students continue their studies under Saic Group. Now we are looking for a candidate for the post of Instructor – Textile for Diploma in Engineering Courses for Rumdo Institute of Modern Technology (RIMT), Mymensingh under Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). The Instructor’s main focus will be to develop and maintain effective educational programs in their respective institutions and to promote quality education above all.
Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and guide the Students of the class and ensure class attendance.
Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the section in-charge for approval.
Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required.
Organize different Programs (Rally, Campaign, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)
Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution.
Take initiatives against any sort of disciplined activities by any of the subordinates or students.
Supervise the Teacher – Parents meeting and Result Day.
Counsel Parents/Guardians regarding their children`s problems.
Conduct theoretical & Practical Classes as per Syllabus and College.
Motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 85% class attendance and to reduce dropout.
Facilitate in-house skill training for the teaching staff.
Assist Department Head as per his/ her needed.
Prepare weekly attendance report and submit to the Department Head.
Prepare lesson plan and semester plan at the beginning of the subject.
Positive willingness for teamwork.
Any other task as assigned from time to time.
