Responsibilities & Context

  • Process all sales orders up to delivery.
  • Collect, consolidate, and generate sales forecasts from the sales team.
  • Dealer and employee-wise incentive calculation & processing. Provide a market movement plan, tracking, attendance, and other sales team activities.
  • Providing information, data, and reports to the sales team & dealers.
  • Filing & storage of customers’ credentials & documents.
  • Compile daily sales reports for management & SMS as well. Prepare credit proposals, analyze business data, and validate. Process Cash/ credit approval. Credit monitoring with the sales team.
  • Prepare work orders as per customer demand.
  • Formal communication with clients via Memos/Letters/Quotations. Verify and process TA/DA bills & other expenditures of the sales team.
  • Allocate & distribute brochures, catalogs, leaflets, gift items, etc. to the sales team & clients.
  • Sample requisition and distribution.
  • Coordination with Depots regarding product requisition & delivery. Prepare various ad-hoc reports in day-to-day operations.
