Job Overview:
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Executive – Sales & Customer Relationship Managers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
Conduct sales activities to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable organic products.
Execute effective sales strategies to contribute to overall company growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer relationships.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide regular updates on sales performance to the Team Lead – Sales & Customer Relationship Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for organic and sustainable products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Salary : BDT 15,000/-
